Conditions for Returns:

Returns must be in unused condition and returned scarves must have tags and the plastic string that is on the tag and product still on.

Packaging for Returns:

Returned scarves must be sealed in vacuum in the vacuum bag that is included in the original packaging and returned in original product packaging.

Time Frame for Returns and Refund Process:

Customers can return or exchange their purchases within 3 weeks (21 days) of purchase. Should the purchased products need to be exchanged or returned, customers initiate their requests in the page of “Exchanges and Returns” at www.ApparelScarves.com, as below. Allow three business days to receive exchange or return confirmation and shipping labels to the email addresses that customers provided upon purchases. The refunds are reflected in the original payment method 7 business days after the seller receives the returns. Exchanges are shipped out three days after the seller receives the returns if the products are in stock. Please refer to the section “All rights Reserved”.

Return handling fee:

A return-handling-fee of $60 is applied to each return and deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs: 

The shipping labels for exchanges or returns are provided by seller. One shipping postage for returns per original purchase is covered by seller.  One pair of postages for exchanges are paid by seller per original purchase. There is a shipping cost of $30 for each subsequent exchange after the first-round exchange.
